Loyalty card
We operate a loyalty card system whereby you get 1 point for every £1 you spend on treatments, products and courses. We offer 5 points for every like, follow or share of our social media pages and 5 points when it’s your birthday! We also offer 10 bonus points for every friend that you refer too. Once you have collected enough points you will be offered a free treatment in the clinic as a way of saying thank you for your loyal custom. There is no limits to the number of points you can collect nor the number of friends you refer. Treatments and products for redemption are allocated by our system and cannot be changed. The points on your card are not of monetary value.

Gift vouchers
We offer gift card vouchers for you to purchase for your friends and family. With request we offer special bespoke packages to cater for your individual
needs, just let us know what your wishes are and we will do our best to make your time with us memorable. Gift vouchers are redeemable against treatments only and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

New patient booking fee
All new patients will be charged a £20 or £50 booking administration fee which is fully redeemable against your treatment, should you have one. This fee covers the cost to the clinic if you do not show for your allocated time with the doctor dentist or therapist, if under rare circumstance there is no treatment suitable, the booking fee cannot be refunded as this covers the consultation time with either the doctor, dentist or therapist.

Cancellation policy
Please ring the clinic within working hours if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment 48 hours in advance. We do not accept out of hours messages left on an answer machine. If notice isn’t given or is less than the 48 hours you will lose your booking fee. If you fail to give the required notice we will require 50% of your treatment fee up front for future bookings. We understand sometimes in exceptional circumstances emergencies do arise and we will accommodate genuine cancellations. We do not offer compensation if we cancel appointments.

Courses
All courses are based on upfront payment and agreed between the purchaser and provider. The courses will have an expiry date of either 8, 12 or 18 months by which time the course should be complete. We regret we cannot accept courses which go beyond the expiry date. The expiration date for your chosen course will be discussed at consultation.

Refunds
We regret that all payments for treatments or products are non refundable and non transferable as results are not guaranteed.

Deposits
For all treatments booked we require a £20 or £50 deposit (depending on treatment) at the time of booking which is redeemable against the cost of the treatment.

Payments
We accept cash or card payments only. For all credit card transactions there will be a 1.5% surcharge. We regret that we do not accept cheque payment or bank transfer.

Offers & Promotions
Discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other current offer/promotion.
All offers are subject to availability and PCMC reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.
When booking with a promotion or offer, please ensure the appointment or consultation is attended in clinic before the offer expires. Any appointments or consultations attended after the expiry date cannot be discounted.

Medical conditions
It is the patients responsibility to inform the clinic of any medical conditions, treatments or medication they are taking at each visit. We do not take responsibility for any information which has not be disclosed at the time of treatment and which may affect the outcome.

Patient identification
For certain services provided in the clinic we will require you to produce proof of identification and address. This can be in the form of a photo ID passport, drivers license, bank statement or utility bill.
